This means: taking your birthing experiences into your hands, feeling empowered and informed about what to expect during labour and delivery. Understanding the stages of labour, the sensations within the body, the physical, emotional and psychological demands and changes during labour and delivery. Labour support Pain management and coping strategies Complications and Interventions A return to ancestral birthing rites and preparations You will leave this workshop empowered, informed, excited and prepared for your birthing experience! This three hour workshop is available by request only and taught privately
